Solstice Reset :
A Women's Mini Retreat
Join us on beautiful Cape Cod for a full day and night gathering of joyful connection, yoga, art, and soulful rituals to honor the darkness and celebrate the returning light.
December 20-21, 2025

Join us on the waterfront at the beautiful Anchor In in Hyannis for a one-night women’s retreat designed to honor the darkness and celebrate the return of the light. Nestled along Cape Cod’s harbor, this intimate gathering offers a peaceful and luxurious escape with elegant accommodations, cozy common spaces, and a heated outdoor pool overlooking the water.

Together, we’ll move through gentle yoga practices, expressive art experiences, and seasonal rituals that invite reflection, renewal, and joyful connection. It’s a chance to slow down, connect deeply with other women, and share in the warmth of community as we embrace both the quiet beauty of winter’s darkness and the promise of the light emerging within and around us.

This nourishing getaway invites you to realign your energy for the season ahead—rooted in presence, creativity, sisterhood, and the magic of the solstice by the sea.

She moved to the Cape in 2019 from Alaska–which she called home for the past 20 years while she traveled the world. Mandy brings her love of exploration, other cultures, and language to her yoga classes by teaching primarily in sanskrit and focusing on alignment and yogic philosophy. When she is not leading yoga retreats, Mandy is a mother, and VW bus entrepreneur.
