Cape Cod Wellness Weekend:
Women's Yoga Retreat
A weekend of yoga, journaling & female connections with Mandy Morell & Mary Catherine Starr
May 17-19, 2024
It’s been a tough few years and we all need and deserve a chance to rest and reset. Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend “away” by joining a small group of like-minded yogis for two days of healthy living in an idyllic setting on Wequaquet Lake.
This mini-retreat will include 5 yoga classes, 5 healthy, locally-made meals, 2 morning meditation sessions, and 2 guided journaling sessions. There will also be plenty of down time to relax, read a book on the porch, sit on the beach, go for a swim in the lake, or nap.
For those who choose to stay on the property, you’ll get a chance to stay in a beautiful 5 bedroom, hundred-year-old home right on Wequaquet Lake (most of the rooms have a waterfront view!). All food will be catered and will be organic, clean, local whenever possible, and full of nutrients.
On Saturday we will have massage therapists join us for anyone who would like to book a treatment during your down time.Ideally, you will stay on the property so you can unplug, unwind, and get away from your normal life for two nights. However, if you are not yet comfortable staying overnight with others or are a caregiver who needs to be home at night, we are also offering a Weekend Day Pass. This option is for locals who would like to spend the days with us and participate in all the activities (and meals) but would like to go home to sleep in their own beds.

Retreat Leaders
Mary Catherine has been teaching vinyasa + restorative yoga since 2010 and has led numerous international and domestic yoga retreats (including one to Italy back in 2015!). In addition to teaching yoga, Mary Catherine is a graphic designer, artist, mama, and entrepreneur. Although she is now a long-time Cape Cod washashore, she is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and did her 500 hour teacher training at Tranquil Space in Washington, D.C.

Mandy did her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and has taught yoga in Nepal, Germany, Alaska, and now, on Cape Cod. She moved to the Cape in 2019 from Alaska–which she called home for the past 20 years while she traveled the world. Mandy brings her love of exploration, other cultures, and language to her yoga classes by teaching primarily in sanskrit and focusing on alignment and yogic philosophy. When she is not leading yoga retreats, Mandy is a high school teacher, mother, and entrepreneur.
